Since then, I worked hard to succeed in high school adult program. Then, I completed a freelance writing program around the same time. Next, I worked hard and earned my Associate Degree in Arts of Business, but a new passion began brewing inside my heart. In 2004, I found out that I had a burning passion to offer support to families facing cancer's touch, which led me to create a local support group, which is now a growing non-profit.
Unfortunately, at this time, I can only offer support, but I have a vision and the will to make it happen. However, I missed writing and decided to return to my first love...writing! After my college graduation in 2008, I immediately began pursuing a Bachelor's in Communications, which has allowed me to continue pursuing my career goals. Yet, I became frustrated by the websites that freelancers are encouraged to sign up with, in order to get a job which pays peanuts.
Immediately, I began researching the options that are available for freelancers, yet I became more discouraged. After careful planning and kicking the idea around, I decided to create a network called the Freelance for Hope Network, because I wanted to inspire Freelancers and Clients to be more passionate about helping others also. All who enjoy freelancing of any kind are invited to join, but I do ask that the Freelancer or Client will donate 10% of the job to their favorite charity.
Right now, this is a work in progress and it is free to all who want to join, whether they are seasoned or new at freelancing. By pledging to make a difference, the person will help their favorite charity stay alive during this tough economy. So, feel free to show off your freelancing work and meet others who want to show off their talent also. Additionally, if you are a client looking for a freelancer to help with a certain job, come meet those that want to help you succeed in anyway they can.

This is such a kind offer of you, particularly since many who write are freelancers (emphasis on the free") part. My job is only part time & it is getting difficult to make a living & my desire is to help my daughter & son & 3 grandsons go to college. I thank you for the helpful info & am sorry that I took so long to respond to this article. Thanks so much Crystal. I gave this a "Thumbs up" since it was so generous and helpful. Thanks friend. : - )
I should take a look at this and see what it is all about.
All I can say is, you go girl!!! You are inspiring :-)
