We needed the services of an electrician to do some odd 'n' end type of jobs.
As is my usual custom I always reach for the local Shepherd's Guide. Supporting Christian businesses is something I enjoy doing if they offer good service. My search led me to Ingram Electric Heating and Cooling.
While my husband and I simultaneously talked with Brad Ingram on the phone, I was amazed that he was giving us helpful suggestions over the phone in regards to a new electrical problem that we had just been made aware of.
After following his oral instructions it was decided that we would still need his services. An appointment was made for 3 days later.
Because we mentioned the Shepherd's Guide, that made us eligible for a 10% discount. He also informed us how he billed for services. Upon our consent and approval the decision was made to use him.
Brad Ingram is a Certified Master Electrician and an EPA Certified Universal Technician. He serves the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area.
Mr. Ingram arrived on time, introduced himself, shook our hands and wasted no time in tackling the projects we had. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns.
The work was completed in an hour's time. We were able to keep costs down by having already purchased some of the parts beforehand. Upon completion he again shook hands with us.
We found Mr. Ingram to be well-learned in this field. After giving us a receipt, he gave us a business card. A smile graced his face when we told him that we would recommend his company to others. And we did.
As he left our home my husband stated that he would probably utilize him again if ever we needed heating and cooling services as well. He's gained us as a customer for the long haul.
Ingram Electric Heating and Cooling can be contacted by calling 816-824-0803. Their website is www.ingramelectric.net
He comes highly recommended without any reservation.
