Ingredients to Prepare the Best Guacamole

Greg Seltz
Though I typically fail to inform readers of my cooking and eating habits, as they usually accumulate little interest, this recipe is a must for guacamole lovers! Before I became acquainted with my present day, female counterpart, I simply purchased pre-made dips and microwavable dinners from the store. Today, cooking remains a significant change in my eating habits. For those interested, read on:

Ingredients:

Avocado (1 per person)

McCormick Guacamole seasoning mix

Tomato (1 per person)

Onion or onion powder

Chili powder

Black pepper

Lemon or Lime juice

Simply peel the avocado, remove the seed, and crush in a fairly large bowl. Dice the tomato and a small portion of the onion, or until taste satisfies. Insert the aforementioned ingredients. Depending on how spicy you prefer the guacamole, add enough chili powder to promote the flavor. Lemon or lime juice can be used to maintain the flavor and prevent the avocado from drying and darkening.

It's as easy as reading the ingredients. However, after experimenting with the latter spices, etc., I have never enjoyed guacamole more than my own, self preparation.
