Inner Self

Stephanie Alford
My medical bag
Fabricated of special leather
Houses all of my instruments
I deviate greatly
From what I was taught
In medical school
Beginning college
At the age of sixteen
I had plenty of time
To fashion my own ideas
I celebrate my oddity
Individuality ubiquitous
In my head
Like my medical bag
I break away from the norm

I've returned from my little emotional sabbatical. Much better now.  View profile

Interesting...makes me wonder about what you are saying...I like how you compared yourself to the medical bag.

It's always good to be different.
