INNERRAGE

Deep inside all of us...the storm awaits.
Deep inside all of us, there is something fighting to escape.
Within each of us, there dwells a mighty and raging fury.
In each of us, there lives a kind of beast made of rage.

What is this beast? What is it made of?
It is fueled by rage and driven by anger.
It is guided by an unimaginable fury.

Some people survive by just letting loose.
There are some things you can't just let loose.
The inner rage inside us all is nearly uncontrollable.
Can you stop it? Can you control it?

Many things can trigger this beast.
When it comes, a startling change takes place.
I feel a chill rushing through my body. Something is happening.
I get a feeling inside me, like a thousand people shouting all at once.
Like a locomotive beginning to roar to life.
I feel a surging infusion of anger.
My mind starts vibrating with a strange life of its own.
I feel a force welling up inside me. Then...it's over.
A split-second blackout. Nothing more. Damage is done.

It's part of me. It lives inside me.
I struggle daily to control it. When it escapes, it causes more damage than I can imagine.
How do I stop it?
Anger. Fear. Danger. These are all triggers.
What can I do to be free of it forever?
Man...Monster...Both?

Daily I face a challenge. The challenge of co-existing with it and being forced to try and control it.
It must be destroyed.
This thing must be buried once and for all and I must be sure that it stays buried.

Inside us all...there is a raging spirit...waiting.
