What is Insanity: Asylum?
As mentioned before Insanity: Asylum is a 30 day home fitness workout routine designed to bring you to peak athletic and physical condition. If you've ever done one of Shaun-T's workouts you know it's all about hard work and digging deeper.
Insanity: Asylum Preview Video
Asylum uses many of the same techniques found in Insanity, Shaun-T's 60 day fitness program. You'll do max interval training, where you go hard for a few minutes then take a quick break, then go at it again. Unlink Insanity, Asylum uses equipment to help you bring your game to the next level. Included in the basic package is a speed jump rope as well as an agility ladder. If you get the deluxe version you also get resistance bands, a chin-up bar, and a chin-up assist. Oh, and that's not all, with either package you'll also receive a 30 day wall calendar and a nutrition guide.
