Insanity Fast and Furious: the Ultimate 20 Minute Workout

Filip Johnson, MPT

Insanity Fast and Furious is a 20 minute high intensity workout that any person could preform. This workout is not one of those easy does it lets just get you moving workouts. It is one of those kick you in the butt and make you sweat workouts.

Like all workouts, it begins with a warm-up. This warm-up seems to only last a few minutes then you are moving and working. Even that part that is a warm-up is more intense than most other workouts. I would even say this warm-up is more intense than the majority of workouts available now.

After the warm-up there is a short stretch routine. This stretch is a nice break before beginning the actual exercises routine. The stretches are basic stretch and are need to help finish the full routine.

The actual exercise routine is straight forward and has sets that repeat themselves. Each set is not for a long time but is very intense and keeps you moving. You will want to watch the video as it is not always easy to hear when an exercises is changing. The actual exercise routine will make you sweat and probably will have to take breaks. Even the two people on the video have to take breaks and rest.

Overall, I would highly reccomend this exercises for any one. If you have time constraints then this is an excellent video for you. I personally have finished P90x and found Insanity Fast and Furious an extreme workout.
