This is the book that Josh was driven to write yet was terrified to complete as well. He openly expresses his concern that certain sections of this book will be controversial, but hopes that they will cause readers to think about their lives and the paths that they have chosen.
He covers the most important relationships first, starting with our relationship with ourselves, then moves on to cover our spouse, our children, our friendships. Even our relationships with money, possessions and success are covered within. Sexuality and spirituality are not left out, but are placed toward the end for added emphasis

This is not a book to read in a single sitting. This reviewer is normally a fast reader, but the material, while very clearly written, covered such deep and serious subjects that it needs to be absorbed at a slow pace. This would be an excellent gift to someone who has reached a crossroads in their life, or for those seeking answers to their inner dissatisfaction.
The text is clear and easy to read. There are no difficult words, but there are deep thoughts. The layout is impeccable, and Joshua's minimalist tendencies shine through in this clear missive. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars for clarity, readability, and honesty.

The information within is valuable but this reviewer fears that many potential readers will pass up this excellent ebook because of the price. As a result, I rate this book 4 stars out of 5 for pricing.

This reviewer has been a regular reader of Becoming Minimalist for some time now. I have found his approach to be simple and appealing. This book was on a par with the other works I have seen of his, demonstrating that Mr. Becker has given his best with this book. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is dissatisfied with their life or who have reached a crossroads. This book has given me much to digest, and I suspect that I will revisit it again for at least a second reading. Overall I give this book 4 out of 5 stars for quality, content and clarity with my only concern being one of price.

From your review, I think I disagree on the price for this one. I am willing to pay a bit more for a book that has depth and quality, even over the $10.00 mark. We see a lot of trash on the ebook market. This sounds like quite another thing altogether.
