HOW TO TREAT WITH ESSENTIAL OILS & HERBS

ESSENTIAL OILS

CLARY SAGE & LAVENDER:

Mix x2 drops of Clary Sage and X3 drops of Lavender Oil together. These oils are not suitable for children from 0-12 years of age . This mixture can be put directly into your bath, used as an inhaler, for gentle massage, placed on a compress or a few drops on your pillow at night.

LAVENDER OIL

Lavender oil can be used for people of all ages and is an excellent oil for Insomnia. Lavender Oil can also be used for stress, overwork, panic attacks, Gad ... and is known for boosting your immune system. For children from 0-12 years of age 2 to 3 drops can be used in their bath, as a room fragrancer or for gentle massage. For adults use 5-6 drops in your bath, a few drops on your pillow at night, as a room fragrancer, on a compress or for massage.

HERBS

HOPS, PASSION FLOWER & VALERIAN

Internally: as a tincture or infusion

NOTE: Not suitable for children from 0-15 years of age.

These three herbs can be mixed together and used as a tincture of infusion for adults. Take this mixture about 30 minutes before going to bed. This is an excellent recipe for A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP.

You can buy Valerian in your local healthfood store, on the internet or if you are lucky enough, can pick your own.
