Interactive Online Quizzes for English Language Learners

If you are a student that is learning English, there is a wealth of information available to you on the Internet to get the extra practice you want. From videos where you can listen to native speakers with different accents, to websites that explain idioms, phrasal verbs, and grammar, there is a lot out there for you to use. There are even several websites that have interactive quizzes you can take to test your knowledge of English. Most of these quizzes are short and revolve around grammar usage. You can be graded immediately, and you can even reset the quizzes to try them as many times as you would like.

When you are looking at the sites below, you will often find that the quizzes are categorized according to what language point they test. Find the language point or points you want to learn more about, and take a quiz related to it/them. Learning by trial and error and by seeing several examples are good ways to improve your skills in English.

Test yourself on your English knowledge with several quizzes that test you on the equivalents of words in English to those in your mother tongue. It's also a neat way to learn words and phrases in other languages, too!

There are grammar quizzes as well, but there are others that might pique your interest. Learn more about the wider world and the people who live in it as you practice your English!

After you've done your homework for English class, spend a bit of extra time practicing for your next class by taking a quiz that relates to a lesson you've just finished or one that is coming up soon. If you like to study on your own, taking online English quizzes is a good way to improve your English independently.
