Block 5 has selected a variation of burgers that classifies this restaurant so far past a "burger joint" that it almost isn't worth making the comparison. That being said, the ground beef patties and other varieties of protein that find their way onto a bun are perfectly cooked and seasoned to the diner's preference. The short rib burger is a decadent beef burger made with one of the most succulent, slow roasted cuts of meat off of a cow that any butcher could find. Baring the overkill of mayo or ketchup, the simple gravy from these succulent rib pieces is enough to induce drooling and pleasant memories for months after consumption.
