Sitting in the dark
It begins to take on a life of its own
It begins to take on a life of its own
The air thick with sorrow
As I gasp for a breathe
Unwelcomed thoughts enter my head
As I try to ignore the voices
Pushing these feeling down
Until they are buried deep inside myself
The demons fill my head
Without anyway to defend myself
Fighting an internal battle
As their army only grows
Loving life, fearing death
This motto becomes inverted
