Internal Conflict Dynamics

Basic requirements of the state by the people allocates internal conflict dynamics which may serve towards ones social position with society. By laws of nature an individual maybe required to serve in a given capacity for the good of the body people which give a social makeup reflective of the state.

Conflict towards the efforts of members which strive for progress lay in the balance of power collective by the products/services rendered of which this society may seek sustenance from. Individuals which provide more then others can be held in much higher esteem then others. the conflict enters at the point of inception, Physical values may usurp academic values by means which lay as proof that such higher value be attached to physical means. The devalued academic skill lacks physical concrete evidence in the daily ritual of survival.

Compounded interests, or group consensus becomes the forte of design as the society progresses, individual intellect (however great) remains unable to breach a majority thought pattern. As the will of the people becomes evident, loss of the individuals academic input shows a shift towards lower strata of thought. At this point the society will do what needs to be done to get what they need to get by. Further considerations would not be entertained.

The afforementioned factors show us that in fact a democratic society has the power of the people. However the value of intellect may be come lost in the large body of people as rebounds of safety by and for the people. ideals of self preservation remain at the forefront of the union. The state may administer such progress. Individual thought patterns become lost by internal conflict dynamics.
