Internet Progress Brought the World Two Giants
The Apple IPad Has Features yet Unknown. Click on the Apple Link Below and Unveil the Secret
It is about the
newspapers vs Internet reading
Times are changing and then
Progress brought the world two giants - first the printing field is changing with the times.
In the days of old the printing press was used and it printed out a page at a time - and that took a day to print and then dry before anyone was able to read what was printed.
And Then Progress brought the world two giants.
Progress:
Newspapers were being printed using an improved Printing Press and this time a few pages at a time and nothing more.
Progress
We then saw the Printing Press further improved -and it was able to print an unlimited amount of pages at one time that also included printing books, more newspapers, magazines and more...and time marches on.Progress brought the world two giants
Progress
We had to cut down too many trees to get the paper that we filled with words that we printed out by using the Printing Press.
Progress
Now we have books being introduced and available that can be read, without cutting down trees or destroying our forest to get paper to print on - or even using ink. It may not the same as reading a newspaper or turning the pages of books, but time moves on and we have what we always had and it is known as Progress brought the world two giants.
Progress.
Now we have internet Books - that fit into our purse and hold an unlimited amount of words that we can read, books that we buy without going into a bookstore, and stories that are illustrated with images that pop-up, move, fall down and seem to fly. Books that are all within the Amazon Kindle and most recently the Apple i_Pad and more to follow. Progress brought the world two giants.
Look at this!- In the Apple i-Pad It is Absolutely Amazing....
All in the name of Progress and the Internet and two giants

Post a CommentGod I hope not. It takes all the fun out of actually READING a book! I'll NEVER get one of these things.
I think it's great to be able to have a book digitised and to be able to search the text, but these devices are still not affordable for everyone, and it's still nice to be able to settle down with a good book sometimes.
Fascinating!!!!!!
The electronic things are impossible to read if you have vision problems. Computer screens are bad enough. And they don't make the right sound when you turn the pages...
this is a very interesting question. I feel more comfortable with the paper books.
Great question!
I have no interest in new technology. Give me a worn book any day!
It is hard to keep up with this progress. I had heard that the I-Pad has been banned from Israel because of the frequency may interfere with critical frequencies in Israel. Wow, wonder what that's all about? Great reporting Sondra.
It all started with progress. I don't have an ipad or kindle or ipod (though I do have an MP3 player). Now, though will they encourage progress . . . or laziness.
I have an iTouch that uses Kindle app but I still like my traditional books. Well done.
