An estimated 60% of the population are afraid to enter any personal information into their home PC (personal computer). The future of the Internet will bring more demands for on-line involvement. Banking and bill paying on line will be the only option. Forcing more secure ways to do business.
Many believe technology is a curse. Stripping private lives of privacy. One can search the Internet from home, work, or at a public library. The question is; "Who is watching"? Your search history can be traced. Looking to the future of the Internet, can the Internet become more secure?
The need is to secure it for personal use. The Internet isn't a fad. The public will become more dependent of the Internet. Safety will always be an issue-where there is good-there is bad. Safety for ourselves. Safety from others. The Internet needs to be protected from sources that can attack from within. Crash and burn are an everyday worry. Could it happen? In an instant-it could all be gone. As we sit and enjoy our personal on-line activities, someone somewhere is trying to bring it down.
The Internet to go, or pocket size usage will triple in the up coming year. Mobile usage will forge ahead. Taking the Internet with you will become the norm. Being strapped down at home with your PC will fade away. It's like comparing land line phones to cell phones. Land line home phones are fading away. Mobile usage will surge and evolve into a must have. M-business is already on the up swing. The business world is the top user of mobile wireless Internet access. Forcing a more secure need to translate information as safely as possible. Business requires a secure form of Internet usage-as does the at home user.
The Internet travels well, a major benefit. The Internet is everywhere. The future focus will be all about safety and stability.
Change is good. Remember 8-track tapes? Where is the princess phone? How about cassette music tapes, or....so much has evolved. Soon to go is rabbit ears T. V. Everything changes. The Internet stands to prove our future is secure and stable.

We need internet safety!
As with all technology: now they have to make it watertight and safe to use. I hope it will happen soon though. Thanks RaddWrites, great article!:)
Great article Toni. Change is good. Now if they could get the internet hacker free, it would almost be perfect :-)
technology is not a curse, we just have to find out how to make it secure and hacker free....
