May we know when you were born?

I was born on the 19th of December, 1937.

What was it about acting that made you want to become a part of it, how old were you when you started?

I was 9 years when I started acting in school plays. It became part of my life. I was singing Christian Hymns every Sunday on radio from the age of 12.

Tell us a little about what it was like growing up where you did. What is your fondest childhood memory?

I was born into a very poor family. My father died when I was only 3 and my mother had to work hard. My fondest childhood memory was my building my own bicycle from parts I collected from local dumps and dust bins It took me two years to collect parts and I was only 11 when I started.

Do you have one actor you can name that you looked up to when you started?

Not when I started but later I wanted to meet Clarke Gable for two reasons, first because of our canny resemblance and second his style of romantic scenes. The other actor was Kirk Douglas.

Did you ever meet him/her? If yes what was that like for you?

Yes I managed to meet Clarke Gable but had no opportunity to work with him. I was so lucky that I was able to work with Douglas, a great friend and a gentleman.

What can you tell the talented people of today looking to get into acting? What advice would you offer them?

Don't be disheartened if you have long gaps between jobs. Patience is a virtue.

What would you say is the high point of doing so much in your life? Is there a low point?

High point is the recognition of my charity work and made a Knight Of The Order Of St John. Low point was missing a part in Steven Spielberg's film THE AIRPORT. He is my favorite director and I still hope I will get the opportunity to work in one of his films.

Do you have a favorite thing you have done or are doing? If so please tell us about it.

Helping children to appreciate film as an art form and get interested in drama and helping orphaned children in Sri Lanka.

In all you have done: Hosted, produced, directed, acting in television and movies what would you say you like doing most of all?

Directing your own scripts.

Thank you so much for taking the time out to do this interview, it means a lot to me and all your fans. I want to wish the best to a talented and wonderful person. Thank you again so much Albert Moses.

It is a pleasure to talk to such a lovely person.

Albert Moses is a kind, sweet older gentleman that I am proud to talk to and call friend. His gentle nature draws people to him. He has given so much to this world with his acting in movies, theatre, and television and with all he has hosted, produced, directed, and written. I would like to take this time to thank him again for letting me take of his time to do this interview and tell the world more about the man I admire Albert Moses. Thank you.
