I actually went to High School with Erin Flynn. She is an incredibly sweet person and successful woman business owner that is soaring to success not only personally and financially, but physically too! Below Erin shares her story with Associated Content.

AC: In a nutshell what is Team Beach Body?

EF:Team Beach Body is a company that makes great product to help people get healthy and stay healthy. It has workouts and supplements and when you sign up you get a coach that can help motivate you with your workouts and answer any questions you may have about working out in general. It's a community of people who are there to support you in your desire to get healthier.

AC: How did you find the discipline and determination it takes to get thin and stay thin?

EF: I don't know if discipline is the right word for me. I guess when I quit smoking I didn't want to gain weight so I started working out. I started running which I always hated growing up but this is when I found Turbo Jam which is sold at Beach Body. It's a kickboxing/dance style workout and I fell in love with it. I guess that's how I found the discipline and the determination because I started seeing results. Don't get me wrong, it took a long time to get where I am, but with a workout you enjoy it makes it easier to
do.

AC: What is an average "eating" day for you? What is your menu?

EF: I eat every couple of hours. Breakfast is oatmeal; morning snack is Fiber One cereal and milk with a banana; lunch is Shakeology or a wrap with hummus, spinach, turkey and an apple; dinner is a spinach, avocado, mushroom, and, broccoli salad with fish and cottage cheese. I like to change the protein up. I drink lots of water, at least 4 bottles a day which is very important.

AC: How often do you work out and how often does someone trying to lose weight need to work out to be successful.

EF: I work out pretty much every day. You should take at least 1 or 2 days off. I will do something different every day to mix up my workouts because it keeps it fun that way. As for how long does someone need to work out to lose weight it depends on so many different factors but at least 3 days a week doing cardio and 2 days of resistance training is what is most common. There are a lot of different things you have to factor in but that's a general rule to go by.

AC: For folks that are more on the lazy side how can you help them with your system?

EF: For folks on the lazy side all I can do is offer motivation. I can't really get them off the couch and working out but I can sure offer them support. I often ask what they need from me to help them be successful. I try to find out what they like to do and make a workout out of it. If you don't like running for goodness sake don't make that your choice of exercise. Find something you like and go with that, it's all about trying to find something fun to do.

AC: What kind of money can you make being a coach with Team Beach Body?

EF: As for the amount of money you can make being a coach for Team Beach Body it's all about what you put into it. The possibilities are endless. There are some extremely successful coaches but they work very hard at it. I just love helping people get healthier. I'm turning 40 in May and I finally found my true passion in life. I love it and I'm going to keep doing it until I can't do it anymore!
