Interview with the Ron Bales, of the Band Lucid Fiction

A Progressive Rock/Heavy Metal band from Kansas City, Missouri originally got my attention because they are called "Lucid Fiction". Their clear, and melodic music can be more fully appreciated by delving into the meaning behind their Lucid Fiction name. Even people not strongly drawn to heavy metal may find themselves opening up to this band once they see where they are coming from.

Lucid Fiction is the name of the genre of fiction I've been promoting for years. (http://www.freewebs.com/tantrabensko.) The concept includes more than just the literary fiction itself, but the idea of making transparent the illusions the mass media, politicians, religious leaders, the military industrial complex, bankers, secret societies, history books, etc. brainwash humanity with. And this mass mind control is an agenda we can see from the lies about 911 terrorism, and the prevalence of chemtrails in the skies, all the way back to the ancient ET gods that told people they had to do their religious sacrifices to make the sun come back after an eclipse, which they were able to predict because of their knowledge of astronomy. When we see beyond their attempt to hold us down under their thumb, we can understand that we are much more powerful, wise, expanded beings than they have led us to believe. They want to keep us blind to their agenda, and blind to the nature of our own spirits.

Ron Bales, lead guitarist of Lucid Fiction, independently came up with the term to mean basically the same thing years ago, as well, and their band's presentation of Lucid Fiction on their website has a lot of energy that fosters fans taking a look around them and caring that these limiting illusions are foisted on us. The music gets them riled up to do something about it, not to just take it. Ron suggests that the main actions he takes have to do with spiritual and social awareness and spreading truth through the music of the Lucid Fiction band. The more fans of their music really pay attention to what the messages are, which Ron and I analyze here, the more they will be awake and immune to specific programs of control which has been going on behind the scenes since the inception of our race. I found Ron to be very astute and articulate about the most important issues facing us, and I'm excited to be connecting our lucidity.

Tantra: On your site, you have a dollar bill, and across it, the phrase YOU ARE NOT A SLAVE. I really like this. Can you tell me in what ways you specifically are managing not to be a slave and what ways you recommend for others?

Ron: Yes, the Dollar Bill photo is nice. We had run across that on the 'Rage Against The Machine's website and liked it. The answer to your question about what I do to 'Not' be a slave can only be summed up in knowing that we are all of a higher spiritual essence. There's not really a whole lot one can do in today's world to be truly free so to speak; the system we live under simply does not allow that. Where as we are free to 'choose' between McDonalds, or Wendy's, or between buying a Chevy or Toyota etc. We are hindered at EVERY angle in our attempts to be "Self Sufficient". The fiat currency system and abolishment of true privately owned property keeps us in a state of servitude.

For a little back ground, I began in my late teens to question the big "3". Who are we, Why are we here, and Where did we come from? This led me to research all types of topics ranging from near death experiences, ancient civilizations, religions, and yes, even UFO's. I had studied up on some of the known secret societies and such, but until 9/11 happened, I had no idea just how much the people of this planet have been manipulated, lied to, and used in such a grand scale it boggles my mind. From Big Pharma, taxes, etc. We are being played like rats in a big lab, and so, it's not hard to see how I've come up with the name Lucid Fiction.

About the only thing I have, and can do is try to "Wake" people up to this realization. Governments are corrupt to the core, and people have a hard time believing that "OUR" government is evil. If anything, WE are the new and improved Babylon/Nazi Germany.For this current era at least. What it ALL boils down to is simple and that is: TRUTH. No matter how ugly, or against your belief system, TRUTH is absolute, and that I think is the path I've been led down, and playing music is one way of communicating that. There are 3 universal languages, which I'm sure you know, 1. math 2. music 3. love No matter what language you speak, or what nationality you are or skin color etc. These 3 things communicate beyond language.

Tantra: I completely agree, and I'm really glad you discuss all these things. I'll break down your response into bits here.....Well, luckily, a lot of us can just not chose a fast food restaurant at all, and eat organic food grown and prepared by people who care about the earth. It's not set up that way for touring around the country unless you're taking your own food, but I think the more people avoid pesticides, growth hormones, and all the other additives that affect our minds and bodies, the more we're able to be freer. And there is a lot of mass transit available now, bikes, car pooling, and such so a lot of people can avoid buying a car altogether, avoiding some participation in the petroleum industry. What types of choices do you and the Lucid Fiction band make on a daily basis, narrow as these choices are that we're given, that just say "no" to the mass market, and "yes" to alternatives?

Ron: As a band, we really don't do a whole lot other than communication through our music. On a personal level of course, it's always about educating people in everyday conversation. There's always a way to merge any conversation into a message, whether it's at a grocery store with a complete stranger or with co-workers and friends.

A good friend and photographer for the band is excellent at that sort of thing. He's always telling me story's of his encounters with strangers. It's a new kind of drug to see the reaction of people when you present them with a reality they've never known before. Just tell them to look up into the skies to see all the spraying. That's almost a daily occurrence anywhere you live, so you point that out to them and they kind of freak out. But all in all, like I said, just slipping info into everyday conversation seems to be the best approach. Works like a charm.

Tantra: It's really odd, isn't it, to live in a world in which people don't notice they are being attacked regularly from the skies. To live in a society in which HAARP, which is working in conjunction with the chemtrails, is something the average person has not even heard of. Very Sci Fi. And that's part of the idea behind the concept of Lucid Fiction as a literary genre, that things that seem like Sci Fi are reality, so why not write about them that way. Chemtrails are to mess with our consciousness, to lower our perceptions and sense of our own power. Lucid Fiction as a literary genre addresses the very nature of consciousness and fights against our awareness being continually dampened down.

To return to your earlier answer: one of the most interesting things I've found lately about ancient civilizations is the Bulgaria and Romania are 2000 years older than Sumeria. There are tablets there with a language not figured out yet. And those places do have myths of the chariots of the gods. Sumeria as been written about so much in alternative history as being the beginning of known history, and humanity was said to have been created there as hybrids by the beings coming in the fiery space ships, wearing helmets, often looking like dragons. Do you think that was a repeat story, like the Messiah stories, of what might have happened earlier in Eastern Europe?

Ron: Yeah, kind of like the Veda texts that also depict arial craft and such, that are of incredible age as well. One thing mentioned in The Finger Prints Of The Gods book, discusses a "Kings List" from dynastic Egypt that by using the 'hex-(6)sar=1year) number base system of that era, show that the lineage of kings date back about 450,000 years. One of the highest elevated lakes in the world, I believe in Peru called Lake Titicaca, there has been sea shells and such discovered in the surrounding shore with an ancient ship port where giant stones had been laid. How long ago in history could this have been used? Another fascinating author, Immanual Velivkosky-Russian, wrote a book titled: Worlds in Collision, correlates events in the Bible with cataclysmic and planetary events. As far as Reptilian beings is concerned, I'm not sure how I interpret them. They COULD be the 'watchers' of old, the men of renown.

There are supposedly about 5 different 'interstellar' beings that have or do inhabit the planet. The Siruis star system seems to play an important role in the ancient past. The DOGON tribe tells of how the Siruis star system was a BINARY star system, and this was told BEFORE our own astrologers found that out to be fact back in the 60's.One last piece of the puzzle is-- the stones found in South America, depicting hunters and dinosaurs in battle. Hmmmm.

Tantra: Yes, and those Vimanas were implicated in nuclear wars that historians have discovered must have occurred at the time, as the Vedas suggest in their colorful terminology, upon looking at the scorched earth.....Going back into your previous response: I don't think it's easy to make a distinction between the United States and Nazism, considering the OSS smoothly became the CIA, for example. Henry Ford was given high honors by the Nazis, and the petroleum industry certainly is involved. And the Nazis were very much into the occult, and were working with the Sumerian/Babylonian "gods," who are still among us, and Satanists are working with them as well. Many of the Satanists are high up in our government, military, religions, and even the music field. Some of the well known music has been influenced through the musician's mind control handlers to say what the controllers want it to say. We need music that says something that frees the listener's spirits rather than being part of the mass brainwashing.

Ron: Well, one thing for sure is the unquestionable reality that Hollywood is a propaganda psyop machine. These past several years have had movie after movie depicting the same themes of torture, quarantine, mass round ups, martial law etc. Almost all comedy shows on TV depict the male as being less smart, ridiculed and no ability to 'wear the pants', while the female is shown as the role model. Even commercials depict the putting down of the male while the female is the more glorious righteous one. I'm not 'sexist' at all, but in my mind, the attack on the male is more than evident. This is just one tiny example of 'social conditioning' that is being played out on the populace, in western culture anyway.

There is an excellent documentary called: EndGame, by Alex Jones showing the history of elite Eugenicist with their desire to control the mind and people through shock therapy, drugging, fluoride, mind control etc. Not to mention the nice chemtrails they spray all over the world. The latest news of this "Doomsday Seed Vault" really makes one wonder what the hell their getting ready to pull off. I have made literally thousands of documentary video copies and handed them out to whoever will take them. It's the least I can do to wake up our fellow man.

Tantra: I'm so glad you're doing that. That's really helpful work. There are a lot of great books and online writing about these things that people can find by looking into it as well, and I highly recommend it. I've done a lot of work disseminating information about these things too, and like you, I use my talent to do so, in my case, my art, such as being the artist for the magazine MKzine.

Can you give us some examples of lyrics your band plays that might counteract some of the messages people are given constantly as propaganda to believe in this lucid fiction of a world?

Ron: One of our songs is titled: One More

Now, I'm not saying global warming isn't some what happening. don't buy that it's 100% man made, but due to sun cycles and such.

And for the U.N. to impose a Carbon Foot Print Tax isn't going to solve anything when you have corporations and big Oil controlling everything. It's a message that Humans are bad and there's too many of us. I believe there can be responsible solutions, but taxing people for the sake of breathing is ludicrous. Our air that we exhale is carbon dioxide which is what plants actually breath. How is that bad?

Tantra: I've also been convinced that the global warming is related to the sunspots, and certainly isn't going to be stopped by Al Gore's deceitfulness. Your description of our reality as a transparent fiction is very apt. and it's always exciting to see people get passionate about this subject, and share it with the world in a way that helps others pay attention to it who might not otherwise. Your Myspace page says:

"All humanity lives in a perpetual state of propagandistic, high-tech, educational, and religious manipulation where Mass media is the greatest tool and weapon that the globalists use to fuel the ignorance and apathy of human kind Perpetrated by the central banking system/cabal, the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, the Federal Reserve Corporation, the International Monetary Fund, national cleansing, monitoring, profiling, and databasing, and high-tech genocidal technologies. Thus, we are living in what has been termed, "LUCID FICTION".'

Yes, absolutely. The bankers, like the Rothschild family, have been at the core of this mess of domination. If you don't mind me asking more about religion: I'm curious what you think about the fact that there have been at least 16 Messiahs around the world who have been said to have been crucified in the same way as Jesus. Messiahs around the world are born on Dec. 25th, with a star and three wise men, to a virgin, with a king putting out orders for everyone to be killed, and they have to leave, and so forth. All the details of Christianity are shared. But most Christians are discouraged from that knowledge by the church. What are your feelings about the repeating story of religion, and how that relates to religious manipulation? And any direction you'd like to go with the subject of religion would be interesting.

Ron: I am well aware of all the Deities that have been written about regarding the similarities of themes such as the virgin birth, savior, healer, son of God, etc. This has always been rather fascinating, and I am led to believe that most religions, in general are a mix of true teaching as

well as dogma/propaganda. If you look around over the last 2 thousand years, you can't help but assume that Religion has been used as a tool of

control over the masses.

I'm not a big fan of Organized Religion. I believe we are all on our own spiritual path to become pure. I'm NOT against some of the 'Teachings' so to speak, such as treat others as you would be treated, thou shalt not kill, etc. These teachings are a staple for civilized people to strive to live by. When it comes to 'how' all these attributes found their way across a dozen dieties, I think can only be found in the earliest known religion of all which happens to come from the Egyptian Mystery religion/school. I definitely think that there is an astrological 'connection' in that these themes are symbolic to the spheres and constellations.

The BIG question in my thoughts are the concept of" Divine Right To Rule". Where did this come from? The handing 'Down' of kingship to mankind. There are 2 very excellent authors I highly reccomend. One is Graham Hancock, who wrote a book titled: Fingerprints of the Gods. The other author is Zacharia Sitchin who wrote a series called: The Earth Cronicles. He has been able to decipher the clay tablets found in the biblical city of UR, that pretty much state that there was an ancient race of beings who populated the Earth and basically manipulated the DNA of their race with the 'at the time' Cro-Magnon man which explains where all the different color peoples originated from, thus 'creating' the Human Race.

Another angle most people don't look at or even know of, are peoples who have for eons lived in the jungles around the world, far removed from 'civilized' people. Their knowledge of medicine and healing is fascinating in of itself, and a lot has been "suppressed" by mainstream medicine. My personal belief of who or what 'God' is, can only be described as an omni-potent omni-present 'intelligent force'.

I'm sure you've heard the analogy, that if God were the ocean, and you took a cup of water out of that ocean, that the cup of water would be your soul. All living things have a 'part' of this connection, and that is how God can BE and KNOW all because we are ALL a part of that, in our own expression. Your life is unlike ANY other human will ever know or experience just as mine or anyone else's. This uniqueness, if could be 'combined' make up all that God is, yet never complete.

I think there is a reason there is evil, because it acts as a "challenge" to that which is good. Without this "dual" push pull, one cannot enable the other to become MORE.

When it comes to religion, I also believe that there is a LOT more to it's origins than what has been taught to people. When you look at the Vatican and all of its archives, why is it that it is kept away and un-accessible to people for research and study? What do they have to hide? Inquiring minds want to know.......!!!

Have you ever wondered if the different Zodiac signs really do differentiate people's personalities? I had read a theory that stated that the Sun puts off radiation and depending on the rotation hitting the Earth at any given time of the year (Zodic signs) that people are born, will be affected by that amount and that is where we get our personality traits.

Tantra: Yes, the one whole continuum is a wonderful thing to identify with, rather than always as one separate entity, as one can't exist without the other, and they are intricately connected, which is easier to feel when we are in a state of meditation than when we are thinking with our ego based beta brainwave frequencies. This society based on overworking and celebrities entertaining us on off hours keeps people from accessing the parasympathetic based lower brainwave frequencies enough to solidly feel part of a continuum. Thank you for sharing your philosophy of good and evil. I feel the same about the Vatican and the occult and social control information they are hiding. It is indeed suppressing information in the same way that the medical field does, hiding equally behind the veneer of authority.

How aware of the fiction of this world do you think your fans are on average? Do you think many of them are drawn to going to hear you because they see beyond the mass-media illusions? What kinds of emotions would you say they express during a show? How would you describe your performances, and what audiences can expect if they go to see you. Is there any direct mention in any way of the ideas we're talking about here?

Ron: We tend to try and use certain symbols in our art, whether it's on a bumper sticker, CD cover, T-shirt, flyers etc. that invoke a little controversy. Things like the all seeing eye/pyramid themes and such. I think it kind of pulls the person into a curiosity mode for that 'First Impression' thing.

What's funny is that we had a young kid contact us on MySpace who had found one of our Lucid Fiction shirts at some sale and he thought at first it was some new clothing line of apparel and thought our logo was cool cause it looks kind of like a swastika, so he researched the name and found us and really liked our material. We usually announce to the crowd before playing 'Green Messiah' that the song is about the Al Gore / global warming scam. That usually gets some murmurs in the crowd, but all in all, I think until people sit down and actually "listen" to our songs will they learn what we are saying. Most live performances from our fans point of view is more captivating through our music more than the lyrical content. Once people have viewed our Myspace page and see the content posted there, they realize our message. We've gotten a ton of compliments on our site, as well as compliments to our message. We are always trying to reach out to new fans and look forward to playing venues and locations for the first time in the hopes of gathering a bigger following. Most people who see us live for the first time are always impressed with our music. That to me is the most satisfying part to all of it. Reaching out and communicating on a different level and being complimented is better than any drug.

Tantra: Tell me more about what's going on with the Lucid Fiction band.

Ron: As far as the band is doing, we are currently about 2/3 through our recording and hope to have our album complete by the end of the year. Some of our song titles you can ponder: Judas Green Messiah, One More Blackest Black (though this may possibly change).
