Once those symptoms start to appear you must take care of it. It will only get worse if you don't. And, don't make the mistake of thinking that you and the parasites can live happily without any problems. Don't forget, they are living off of YOU! You will eventually wear down if you don't do something about it. I don't want to scare you but it's the truth. And, the more scary part of this is that some people are misdiagnosed when these symptoms present themselves. And, if that happens the parasites will never be taken care of. So, do me a favor and answer some questions below.
Do you have abdominal pains?
Do you have diarrhea?
Do have experience gas & bloating?
Do you vomit easily?
Are you experiencing fatigue?
Are you experiencing weight loss?
Are you experiencing itching around the anus?
These are the main symptoms of having intestinal parasites. The are more symptoms that are based on each individual parasite. If you don't believe me than search on google for symptoms of parasites and pictures of parasites. You may want to see what these things look like. So, if you can answer yes to these questions, than you may have intestinal parasites. And, you need to do something about it. I'm going to give you a easy recipe that is natural and safe. And, it is a healthy addition to your diet too.
First, you are going to go to the store and buy a bag of raw pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seeds are very healthy for you. Click here to find out more about the health benefits of pumpkin seeds. You will also buy a bag of ground flax seed(buy ground flax seed only if you have a coffee bean grinder at home) If you don't have a coffee grinder than buy a bag of powdered flax seed(this may be more harder to find). Than, you will buy a bottle of water and/or a container of orange juice. Click here if you want more information on flax seed.
So, now you are ready.
OK, here it is. It is very simple. First, you will eat about a handful of raw pumpkin seeds. Try to eat at least 15 pumpkin seeds. Right after that you will take a teaspoon of powdered flax seed or grounded flax seed that has been grounded into a powder with a coffee grinder and mix it into a glass of water or juice. Only mix flax seed into something cold. Never mix flax seed with something that is hot. Why, because it expends very quickly and you may not want to drink it after that. Now, as soon as you mix the flax seed into the glass of water or juice, drink it. Make sure you drink it all. That's it!
Now, let me tell you how it will work. Pumpkin seeds and flax seeds are two natural ingredients and are both very healthy for you. The pumpkin seeds will temporarily paralyze the parasite. And, the flax seed is a natural laxative that will expel the paralyzed parasite. You need both of them for this to work. So, take a small dose of this for two weeks once a day and, you should be feeling much better. Also, don't forget to drink lots of water during the day so that you can expel the parasites.
Those of you that have any type of medical conditions should consult your doctor first before starting this natural cure. I only say that because some individuals cannot have seed in their diets.
