Brings back so many memories
As I daze into those eyes
I see mine
Tears fill within
Wanting those days back
Nothing else can be done
Looking into those eyes
I began to feel helpless
There are no alternative and no choices
Stuck in this place
Now your gone without a trace
Longing to hold you again
Every day and every night
As I stare harder into those eyes
It stings even more that I lost the fight
Hurts more every day
Although this pain is held in with all of my might
The tears come so easily
As I look deeply into those eyes
Nothing helps to ease all of this hurt
I gave you life
And so quickly what I gave was taken
I gave all it can't be mistaken
Hope and I pray that this pain
Will some day subside
I look into those eyes
Quickly I realize
How long that you have been hiding in that disguise
Can't push away these feelings
That comes from so deep within
How long have we been living with this sin
Those eyes bring so much
Remind me of everything good and bad
It all makes me so sad
However I can't take my eyes
From looking into yours
These feelings are what makes me
And your eyes always remind me
