Introducing Becca and Jake, an Up and Coming Acoustic Music Duo in the Lehigh Valley, Pa

Becca and Jake are an up and coming acoustic music duo from the Lehigh Valley, located in southeastern Pennsylvania. They play many styles of music, including their own originals, translating them into their own unique acoustic blend. Becca and Jake began their music together in the summer of 2008 and have been making beautiful music together ever since. Their venues have typically been coffee houses and farmers markets in the Lehigh Valley, but they are branching out into other locations. They recently played the Pig Pen Sports Bar and Grill, and Blue Mount Winery and Vineyards. They may just be teenagers, but they are already making a great impression. The duo, otherwise known as Becca Heller and Jake Bastian, were recently featured on 69 sunrise, on channel WFMZ.
Becca and Jake met at the Lehigh Valley Charter School for the Performing Arts in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The music duo is also a duo in their personal life as Becca, seventeen, is currently dating her musical counterpart Jake, now eighteen. Becca started singing as a very young child, and began performing for live audiences around the age of ten or eleven. She is definitely an over comer, fighting Crones disease while managing school, recording a new CD, and balancing the duos performances. Jake got his music start at a later age and has been playing guitar for four years and bass for just five. Both musicians are making plans to go to college while maintaining as much of their music schedule as possible.

Becca and Jake's music is a unique blend of acoustic music with a gutsy, rock and roll edge. A local fan has described their music as "truly unforgettable. "What they lack in years, they certainly make up for in passion and ingenuity.
