Introducing the Virtual World of Littlest Pet Shop - VIP

VIP's and the Virtual World Similar to Webkinz

The Sewing Mom
When you think of Littlest Pet Shop, you think of those cute little bobble headed, magnetic pawed pets of all kinds. They are inexpensive and easy to play with and collect. There are numerous Littlest Pet Shop play sets and figures to go with all sorts of cute little animal figurines. Now, similar to Webkinz, Littlest Pet Shop is entering into the virtual world with its newest toy, VIPs. Just like Webkinz, the VIP is a stuffed animal pet that comes with a computer code on its tag so you can play with the virtual version of your pet online. It's the best of both worlds, real and virtual.

VIPs currently include a dog, cat, panda, turtle, and penguin with more scheduled to be released. Each VIP sells for $15.00 and of course, comes with a computer code that you enter online at www.littlestpetshop.com. Simply enter the code that comes on the pet's tag onto the website and you get a virtual pet. Once you name your virtual pet, you can start playing with it in the virtual world. There are six different online worlds to explore and a variety of games in each world to play. By using the virtual map, you can quickly go from place to place, or you can simply "walk" where you please. Grab a friend and you can talk to each other in the VIP world. You're never alone in the VIP world, meet up with friends and/or other VIP members. Someone is always in the kid friendly, kid safe VIP virtual world ready to play!

Playing the games in VIP world will earn you Kibble Points which is like money to spend. You can spend Kibble Points to purchase furniture, clothes, and snacks for your VIP pet! There are many stores to shop at and spend your Kibble Points. Plus, the VIP world is continually coming out with new games and activities to keep their site fresh. Some games, you can compete head to head and try to win and knock out the other player's high score. Other games you play alone. In some areas of the virtual world there are hidden play toys like merry-go-rounds and swings where your virtual pet can play. Playing the various games and playing with your pet all are ways to earn Kibble Points. The more Kibble Points you earn, the more you can get. If your virtual pet needs a bath, spend Kibble Points at the virtual groomer or purchase pet supplies at the virtual pet store.

The more pets you own, the more fun you can have on the site! Each pet will live in the same house. The more the merrier! To always be updated on the latest VIP world news, you can take a peak at the VIP newsletter on the site. It includes everything you need to know plus helpful hints about playing the game. My daughter has the turtle and just loves it! So get ready all you Littlest Pet Shop collectors, you are about to enter the virtual world!

Anyone can give us the information:
    1. will it expire like webkins?
    2. Do you have to play with it everyday? If we don't, will it die, like webkins?
    2. Is there any paid membership required?
