As far as graphics are concerned this game is downright dissapointing. The backgound while walking is a hand drawn landscape but the battle graphics are very cartoon-like. From blown up dolls looking characters who basically stand in line waiting to attack there enemy. The old batman and robin style of "Pow! Bam! Thwack!" appear as an eneny character is struck to cover up any violent content.
The game is not short by any means. This is not a game that can be finished in a day. There are many levels but while in them you mostly try to figure out which way to go, giving it a frustrating edge, along with the constant battling. That being said this is a very easy game to play. The whole game can be completed without having any continues. This is not neccesarily a bad thing, especially for younger gamers who tend to get frustrated easily.
Not everything about this game is bad. It is very addictive and easy to get caught up in. The story line is well written and keeps you guessing. The Inuyasha fans would enjoy it very much just beacuse of they fact that they get to role play with kagome and the gang. As well as this, if you have a favorite character, you can spend time with that character on breaks to get a special ending based around that person.
This game is not for those who are looking for a challange, it is for those who like Inyuasha and would like to play a long, easy, and relaxing game.
