Investments of High Income Posts Robust November Financial Results
Total Monthly Income Tops L$222,000
Making good on their moniker, Investments of High Income (IHI : ACE) posted their first full month financial statement for the month of November 2008, showing a total monthly income of over L$222,000.
Real Estate income topped L$125,000 after a L$63,500 profit on a single 24 hour land deal earlier in the month. RL Forex income was the second leading revenue source, with more than L$69,000 grossed from that operation.
Net income, after expenses, totalled more than L$138,000. Net Asset Value is 12.35% more than IPO level, with a total of L$605,696.81 of assets in Land, SL Stock Holdings, and RL investments.
IHI(ACE) also earned L$8,450.00 in the four days of operation in October, and will divide the profits as was previously decided by the Board of Directors with 50% going toward reinvestment, 10% to the forward thinking social fund to advance SL investing activity, and 40% toward dividends for shareholders.
