iPad: AppShopper is the Best Way to Never Pay Full Price for Apps Again

AppShopper Can Help You Save Lots of Money on Apps

Do you buy your iPad apps directly from the iTunes App Store? If so, you've been basically throwing money away. Apps go on sale often, but it's very hard to keep up with which apps are on sale and when. That's where AppShopper comes in - it's the best app for managing sales in the iTunes App Store and it's bound to save you loads of cash on apps.

When I first bought my iPad, my first order of business was to go directly to the iTunes App Store and fill my iPad up with any and every app that seemed remotely interesting. After filling up my iPad with pages of apps, I received an iTunes bill of $47 a few days later and another bill for $32 the day after that and I quickly realized two things: that I was an iPad app fiend and that I'd spent way too much money on apps.

During my frequent trips to the iTunes App Store, I'd get lucky by finding great apps on sale every now and then, but it was always random and lucky and in order to find a sale, I'd have to spend way too much time in the iTunes App Store looking for deals. Fortunately, I discovered the AppShopper app that is two of my favorite things - free and helps me save money.

AppShopper shows a live listing of all of the best deals in the iTunes App Store, links you to the App Store, allows you to create wish lists, and allows you to choose from the top selling, paid or free, and allows you to choose from your favorite app categories. Even better yet, if you're away from your iPad and want to see what's going on in AppShopper, you can visit their website from any computer at www.appshopper.com.

If I had known about AppShopper [a year ago] when I bought my first iPad, I'd have saved lots of money and my only gripes with this iPad app is that it doesn't allow you to get a refund on apps that you've paid too much for [one could only dream, right?] and that it's not advertised more.
