IPod Problems? No Problem

Ipodmods.com Provides Reasonable Service for Ipod Repairs

J. Nicole
When my iPod died last summer, I was devistated. I wasn't prepared to pay the small fortune Apple would charge to fix it, but I also wasn't thrilled about my $250 investment becoming a paper weight. That's when my father informed me of a web site called ipodmods.com.

He told me the site, which is not affiliated with Apple, allows you to send your faulty ipod to their repair center for diagnositc testing, and get this, they only charge a penny for it! Of course you have to package it and pay for shipping, but they charge next to nothing to tell you what's wrong with it.

At first I was a bit skeptical, but I decided to look into it. To my surprise, he wasn't kidding. I was able to pull up the web site and order the diagnostic testing service for a mere cent! On the very same day my dead little iPod was on its way.

Within two days I recieved an email from the mods telling me my iPod had been diagnosed and to call them about it at my earliest convienience. Upon doing so, I was greeted kindly by the operator, and within a matter of seconds he was able to pull up my order. It turns out my battery was faulty. He quoted me a very reasonable price to have it replaced, and, after giving my consent, he told me the repair would be performed within the next couple days and that it would be sent back via UPS 2nd-day Air.

You can imagine how delighted I was to find the box on my doorstep within only a few days, and even more delighted to find it in perfect working order. The price to ship it, have it tested, replace the battery, and have it sent back was less than $50. I saved myself the time, hassle, worry, and money I would've spent had I sold the iPod and bought a new one, or sent it to Apple to have the battery replaced.

Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I recieved. I would definitely recommend ipodmods.com to anyone with an iPod. Not only do they repair all models, they also sell parts for do-it-yourself repairs, perform color modifications, and even buy your faulty iPods from you at a fair price. You can be rest-assured that the iPod mod team will take care of you.

And so, to this day, my little iPod is in the best working order of its life. Once destined to be a paper weight, it now travels happily with me and plays a happy little tune.
