Irish Rose Motif Crochet Pattern

Winter Rose Pattern Set Part 1

Phebe A. Durand
I don't know what it is, but there's something about the look of soft petal pink against a background of white that just makes me feel all girly. Unfortunately, I can't get away with wearing those colors and still look like a sane adult. But my daughter can. Luckily for me, they're even her favorite color combination.

This crochet pattern is the first of four that make up the Winter Rose Crochet Pattern set. The Irish rose motif created in this crochet pattern can be varied to suit other projects as well - just change your yarn and hook size to suit your needs. For our needs right now, though, this is the motif that will gracefully adorn ear warmers, a slip-snug scarf, and convertible mittens.

You can also grab this pattern in .pdf format here, only on AC. Please feel free to link to this pattern, but do not post the crochet pattern elsewhere.
