Is the Art of Giving a Way to Make Yourself Wealthy?

The one thing that everyone wants more in life is money. Moneys is said to be the "root of all evil" and it is also something that we cannot live without. When we obsess about money, it can be a bad thing because all types of obsession are bad. There are those who watch every single penny that comes out of their wallet and their are those who just want to give it away and help others.

Recently two billionaires decided to give a lot of their money away to a charity that is founded by Bill Gates. The two billionaires are Warren Buffett and Bill Gates. These two men are more than guardian angels. Their act of contribution will allow millions of people worldwide to benefit from their donations and their care. We need to see more people like this just giving it away. The United States and England have enough money to support many people and many nations. We do not have to be greedy at all. We need to open ourselves up to giving to others. When we do, we are literally changing a life.

I know that giving money away should never make you think that you are just giving it to someone for free. We work hard for our money and therefore we like to hold on to what we have for very good reasons. Our ancestors were often poor and started with nothing. Most of us fear not having anything in our wallets because the world is such a cold place and so few people will ever give anything away to anyone. We live in a world that says, "you can't get something for nothing." This is a sad and true statement that is seen worldwide.

I have walked passed many homeless men and women in my life that stood on street corners begging people for money and the people just keep on walking past them. Some of these people have said, "get out of my face you bum!" Yes, there is a lot of coldness in the air and some people really do not care about those that are less fortunate than they are.

New York City is known to have a high rate of pan handlers and often these men and women are mentally disabled and really need help. It is important to just give them what you feel is necessary to help them out in their life.

Society can often be stingy in the sense that it wants to give away things, but then it does not at the same time. People often want to take and take and not give anything in return. I have learned that the takers in life usually do not prosper. The ones that prosper are those that give away more than what they can afford. When we do this, it moves the heart of God and it allows more powerful blessings to come to us. I know that you may be saying to yourself, "why should I give away my money? I earned it didn't I?" You can have this attitude throghout your whole life, but in the end, you will be sitting in your rocking chair when you are old and asking yourself, "why didn't I give to those who asked me for something and I could have done so much more, but I was to stingy." Yes, as we age we begin to look back on our lives and we ask ourselves what we could have done differently.

Some of the most richest people in the world are also the most giving. These people include: Donald Trump, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Oprah Winfrey and the list goes on. You will find that these people prosper when they give their money away to charities and to those that are in need.

I believe that when you give away money, you are actually investing it to earn more for you. There are universal laws set up that give you more money when you give money to those that are in need of a dollar. That is for sure. I strongly encourage you to begin giving away small portions of your wealth to those that are in need. You will not only help another generation of people to grow, but you will also spread the gift of love.

You must also decide on whether or not you are ready to give money away. You may want to discuss giving with a psychic or someone that is in the spiritual arts. When we give something away, we get both spiritual and material blessings.
