Is "Dancing with the Stars" Votes for Bristol Palin Political Support for Sarah Palin?

"Dancing with the Stars" Votes for Bristol Palin Politically Motivated?

Roz Zurko
"Dancing with the Stars" is facing a dilemma that they could not have possibly seen coming, especially after years of experience producing this show. The voting controversy surrounding Bristol Palin has taken on a story of its own.

"Dancing with the Stars" most likely has always had a small popularity factor with the celebrities when it came to gathering votes. This would not have been enough to sway the win for the dancers.

It is inevitable that there will be a few die hard fans that will vote for their favorite celebrity, rather than the best dancer of the week, but it is usually the best dancer that actually takes the win.

Although Bristol Palin's performance on "Dancing with the Stars" has been good, she certainly has not been out dancing some of the other contestants. This is what has people scratching their heads asking - why is she voted back each week?

According to the Miami Herald, "Some bloggers are suggesting that voters, particularly supporters of Sarah Palin's, have been voting in blocs and manipulating the system."

Is Bristol Palin truly demonstrating the talent needed to stay a contender on this show each episode? Or is Sarah Palin's popularity playing a part in her daughter's winning, week after week?
"Dancing with the Stars" is pulling in viewers that may have never watched the show before just to judge for themselves what they are reading about in the media. Is Bristol Palin that good, or is it her mother's political popularity driving the bus on the votes? .

Have Sarah Palin supporters turned "Dancing with the Stars" into a political platform to show their support, or is Bristol demonstrating dance routines that constitute her return another week?

Maybe it is just the public's way of saying that celebrities get enough notariety in their own right. Bristol is an up and coming star wihether the naysayers like it or not!

I love this conspiracy theory. Sadly, it could be true. But, then, it could be a bunch of hooey. It is the very definition of a conspiracy theory. Sarah Palin, word for word for made-up word, is the embodiment of modern entertainment...
