Is This the End of Charlie Sheen's Career?

Two and a Half Men is Over!

Mr. New Material
Actor Charlie Sheen has come a long way since the old days of Men at Work and Major League. What league is Charlie in now you may ask? It's proven, he is in a league all by himself. The former child star who started his career at the age of 8 starring next to his father, Martin Sheen, has recently had a horribly bad "rap" in the news as of lately. Sheen, who was once on top of the world, has slowly engaged himself in a downward spiral from his career to his finances.

The Problem

Drugs. Drugs have played a major part in Sheen's life since he "accidentally" caused himself to overdose in the late 90's. While flirting with death on several occasions, Charlie continued to progress his acting career by starring in the popular show Two and a Half Men. Two and a Half Men catapulted Sheen through the roof with ratings, however; he still suffered a barrage of downfalls with his personal life. After being served with a assault charge against his former wife, Brooke Mueller, Charlie's life and work ethic were both put in jeopardy. Feeling as if he had nothing to lose, Charlie proceeded to mingle with illegal substances which caused him to check himself into rehab and take a break from Two and a Half Men. As reported by TMZ, Sheen was once again in the mix. He was caught in a tangled web of deceit in which porn stars claimed to have embarrassing tales questioning his character. Can it possibly get any worst for Charlie ? The answer is yes, and it did! At present time Charlie is no longer on the cast of Two and a Half Men. As a matter of fact, no one is on the cast of Two and a Half Men because it no longer exists. The once popular show on prime time TV has faded like the career of Charlie . Because of the negative and arrogant attitude of Sheen, show executives were not able to come to an agreement. After a battle of heated words back and forth online, Sheen official decided that he was done with Two and a Half Men as reported by TMZ.

The Solution

Sheen needs help. Sure he may be checked into the best rehab center available, however; Charlie is not going to change until Charlie is ready to. All of the treatment in the world will not aid Charlie if he does not get his priorities in life straight. Drugs have a way of altering ones mind state, therefore; Sheen can only blame himself for his struggles in life. The recent publicity, in which the press slanders his name, only adds to the depression Sheen suffers. While Sheen may be quoted in interviews saying "he doesn't care," it's clear to see that he looking for a way out, running away from something or someone in life. Perhaps the man in the mirror is who he should face, the sober man in the mirror.
