Is Lindsay Lohan Stalking Samantha Ronson?

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson split up in 2009. Lohan is about done with her 90 day rehab at the Betty Ford Center and has moved out of her West Hollywood apartment. Now she's renting swanky 3,100 sq. foot digs in Venice, California for $7,100 a month. However, according to TMZ, her apartment is right next door to Ronson's. In fact, the building where Lohan rented her apartment is a twin to the building where Ronson's place is. And both women enjoy the top floor balcony.

Lohan, who was madly in love with Ronson when they split, claims she knew Ronson lived in Venice, but she didn't know exactly where. Ronson is none too happy about Lindsay's new location. A source says, "She was shaking her head and looking disgusted. She kept saying, 'I didn't plan it this way.'" According to TMZ, Lindsay doesn't want to upset Ronson, but at the same time, she doesn't want to break the lease.

Is Lindsay telling the truth about her lack of knowledge of Ronson's whereabouts? Isn't honesty one of the things they have you work on in rehab? We'll see if Ronson takes the bait and gets back with Lohan.

The bigger question is, is Venice, California the best place for Lohan? Although there's lots of swanky beachfront property, it's also a great place for drugs and alcohol. The last thing we want to see is Lindsay partying the night away in her $7,100 a month hang out. The best thing for Lindsay, if she wants a career, is to get serious about her life.

Before Betty Ford, Lindsay was in rehab for less than a month. But by entering Betty Ford, and spending the 90 days there, she did one of the best things she could do for her life. Betty Ford is an excellent rehab center. Let's hope Lohan soaked everything in.
