Your email address could be at hotmail, if you don't use it much. Or it could be at stoned.com, if you're a stoner. (And although that site closed years ago, you hadn't really noticed. You forgot what an email was.)
Maybe you're 'internet mailing address' is more proffesional: yourname@isp-domain.net . Ahem* nerd *ahem. Ha, just kidding. (Send all complaints to carynmurray@windstream.net )
But if you are a somebody who is always with the 'in' crowd, your email probably ends with @yahoo.com.
It feels like just yesterday when my internet usage would mostly stay at Yahoo. There was everything I needed. Games, chat rooms (oh boy were they fun!) and so much more. And now, I have 5 unused email accounts at yahoo. I haven't checked them in months, only to weed out the trash. Is it just me, or did the spam get a bit ridiculous?!
Myspace has every right to be considered the most popular website at the moment. Here are some reasons why myspace is so great:
*Bussiness are even opening their own 'myspace page', because it's easier and generates more traffic then having its own web page. Oh yes, myspace is that damn good!
*They don't need to advertise. Myspace has become a household name.
*Myspace offers many forms of keeping in touch with people you know, getting to know people you want to know, and getting back in touch with people you used to know.
(Myspace is very popular, so if you are browsing users don't be surprised to find your old neighbor, your little brother, your long lost twin, or any of your exes.). You can't send 'internet mail' to them if you don't have your own Myspace account, but it's easy to create one.
learn how to get started by clicking here! (Avoid contacting any of those exes though! Remember they're an ex for a reason!)
*Myspace is a great way to show off what you are selling, whether it is a business page or a dating profile. Having your own page allows you to control what you display to others as your 'personality'.
*Even if your computer skills are still very basic, Myspace is very easy to use, and teaches you how to design your own page. The infamous Tom is a genius!
So if you're still stuck at Yahoo, wake up and join the rest of us!
