The public first heard about resveratrol in a very fanatic frenzied sort of way. There were reports allo ver that stated that a cure for cancer had been found. The headlines in many of the papers speculated if the plague of the 20th century could actually be at the end. However, the truth of the situation is that resveratrol has been shown to decrease cancer cells, and it has also been seen to prevent heart failure and also prevent cancer cells in certain models. This is one step closer to finding the cure, biut tnbot the cure. However, it is a known fact that it helps your heart, prevents heartr disease, and will kill free roaming cancere celss. Scientist first started reseaqrching resveratrol when they realised it was connected to thew consumption of wine. When the connection between wine and resveratrol the alcholic public rejoiced that the scientist were finally telling thewm they needed to drink. Not only drink, but drink red wine.
But is it possible to get enough resveratrolin just eating peanuts, grapes, certain berries, and drinking some red wine? The unfortunate answer is - No. The reality of the sittuation is that the body goes through and metabalises resveratrol too quickly. Bad news for the lush and the whino's out there, the large consumption of alchol destroys the liver and the liver is the main vehicle resveratrol uses to move throught he body. If your liver isn't working properly, resveratrol isn't working and you're passing it without knowing it. The best way to get the amount of resveratrol you need is to take a daily supplement. This doesn't mean that you can stop eating the foods and liquid that have resveratrol in it though. These foods and drink are being extracted naturally, therefore allowing the body to function as it is suppose to. The supplements will be put in with their protective layers, and only be used once it gets into the blood stream where the cancer cells are roaming and harming. The resveratrol supplement is the only way you can get enough resveratrol to combat and destroy those nasty cells.
