The website says the payout per accepted/published review is $1.50. This wasn't true for me. I was paid around $0.20 per review. What a joke! My earlier reviews I had received $0.50. As time went on, the payment became lower.
The website has testimonials of people who are writing reviews for review stream and happily being paid. There's a section for the most highly interesting reviewers and what the website is currently looking for the most on products they want reviewed.
The reviews need to have the information such as where you brought the product, how much the cost was and product information such as the fl oz. In a few days you get a reply that indicated if your review is going to be published. My reviews were on the website and each time I was accepted, an e-mail would tell me how much my balance was. The minimum payout is $50.00 and paid via paypal. If you had a question as to why a review was rejected or why the payment is lower than stated on their website, they do e-mail you back promptly.
But for such a small amount of payment that seems it would take forever to reach the minimum $50.00, this is one website that could eat away at your time quickly. I had reached $24.00 in my account and kindly asked if they could send payment even though I knew it wasn't the minimum. Of course this request was denied. Now those $24.00 worth of work will never be paid. I've heard of others having their accounts deleted because of supposed cheating. Or their reviews are rejected as they reach the minimum payout.
I don't suggest review stream for your reviewing money opportunity. The time it takes to teach the payout if you do get that far is timely. And you might just have your account terminated out of no where. It's not a bad website to read other's opinions to do research on a product before buying. And it has a search button to find reviews easily but overall it's just too much irritation to continue writing for.. You can check out the website for yourself @ http://reviewstream.com/
