Is Susan Really Satisfied with Her Life?

Waiting for Mr. Right

Janice Meyer
Susan Boyle was bullied so much in her youth that she had seriously considered suicide. She was teased and taunted by her classmates while growing up in her native Scotland. When she was 17, Susan was so damaged by name calling she had to see a doctor who gave her treatments.

There was a small group of teenage girls that got her to that place. They are the worst kind, and it kept her held back and damaged her. Mental bullying is the worst kind of bullying.

Boyle said "you can't be afraid to see a professional when this happens. It does not show weakness on your part. It gave me the courage to fight back, knock on doors, audition and finally get to sing as that was what I wanted." Susan is now telling anyone victimized by bullies to reach out for professional help.

Susan's Strict Allowance

Susan's manager controls her money and gives her only a small allowance. He says, Susan would squander all of her money if she had a credit card. Although she has more than 15 million in her bank account, she gets an allowance of $450 per week. Susan declares that this is the way she wants it.

Susan says she is happy with that amount and that is the way she wants her money supervised. She remarked she gets what she needs when she wants and all is okay.

No credit card for Susan - she says she would be like a baby in a toy shop. She is happy with the way her management team handles everything. She claims she has never been a big spender, so this is what she is accustomed to.

Will Susan Boyle Find Mr. Right?

Susan Boyle says she has not given up love in her life. She is quite satisfied living on her own, but she would like to meet the right man. Susan still buys her clothes in the same stores and even though she is wealthy, she is still the same person she was before. She also commented that success came so quickly it was terrifying. When she wants to relax, Susan goes to her quiet little pub and has a lemonade. She likes to go there in the afternoon when it's quiet.

Susan's second album, The Gift, will be released on November 8.

Susan seems to be such an innocent person. I hope her management team doesn't take advantage of her at some point. Interesting article. :)
