Is Tap Water or Spring Water Better for Your Health?

Lena Phoenix
The answer is simple spring water over tap. Some people who have become accustomed to the taste of tap water will not taste the differenced but once you stick to the good stuff you certainly will notice the lightness and the smooth taste of it.

There are plenty old pipes out there adding more to the water than we would like to think about and some of things are real nasties but yes not killers but still worse than spring water.

Some people suffer from the constant washing of their skin from tap water and need to install filters to help relieve the effects of the existing tap water. There are plenty of us suffering from skin conditions and we are not making it easier by not knowing how to relieve or combat the symptoms.

More and more people are using filters in their homes and the filters look pretty bad when you open them up and need to replace them. I don't think that tap water is deadly or anything but it surely isn't better for your health compared to that of spring water.

So not only is the taste better with spring water but it is better for your health, your skin, your hair and I think your general well being. I think it is close to filtered water, which is another better alternative to tap water that people are enjoying and benefiting from minus the side effects of the tap water.

I am hearing that distilled water is not good because it has nothing in it. That spring water is healthy.
    What is the factual difference?????
