Yoga is no doubt the most useful way of prolonging life, for in its very essence, yoga is renowned for its psychological, spiritual and physical benefits. Benefiting not only the body, but the mind as well, yoga goes as far as providing relief from stress, depression, hypertension and fatigue. Yoga helps to harmonize the body with the mind, thus willing the body to act with the mind.

Benefits of meditation for stress management: Meditation involves sitting quietly in a relaxed, comfortable positions with your knees crossed over each other, and your eyes closed.
