Issac Newton's in Newtown, Pennsylvania offers a hip and fun atmosphere, fabulous food and great drinks. Issac Newton's carries nineteen beers on tap, as well as over 200 types of bottled beer from across the globe. When it comes to beer, there's nowhere else in Newtown that serves such a variety.

The food is basically pub fare, featuring burgers, soups, chili, salads as well as pizza and various entrees. While the menu is basic, the food is tremendously tasty. Their burgers are hand made daily from fresh beef and all burgers are served with Belgian style fries. My favorite burger at Issac Newton's is the Three's B's burger, it's blackened, baconed and barbecued, making it mouthwatering! Other burger options include the Blue Cheese Burger, which contains a creamy Bleu cheese and Isaac's Fancy Burger, which is served topped with Brie cheese and a shitake mushroom. Blaine's Burger is another to-die-for selection; it's topped with crispy onions, bacon, bleu cheese, lettuce and tomato... perfect!

Isaac Newton's sandwiches are another fantastic pick if you're in the mood for lighter dining. The Pastrami Reuben is one of my favorites, the pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, topped with Russian dressing and served on delicious Jewish rye bread. The Apple Walnut Chicken sandwich is both savory and sweet; the chicken is crusted with walnut and then caramelized in apples before being served with bacon on a Kaiser roll. A great lunch pick would be the Half a Sandwich and Soup, where you can select from half of a chicken salad, tuna salad or turkey breast sandwich along with a serving of one of Isaac's fabulous soups. You can also select a Quiche of the Day along with a bowl of soup for another great lunch pick.

Isaac Newton's pizza is surprisingly delicious as well, considering the pub atmosphere. The Santa Fe Chicken Pizza is a blend of chicken, cilantro, tomatoes, Jack & Cheddar cheese and sour cream. Another good pick for pizza would be the Greek Pizza, which is topped with Feta cheese, spinach, tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, olives, basil and red onion.

If you're heading to Isaac Newton's for a full meal, try one of their great appetizers. The Four Cheese Macaroni Pie is a little slice of heaven, homemade macaroni and cheese served with Brushetta. The Grilled Mini Wraps are also quite divine, with marinated steak served with a cool sour cream salsa all wrapped up in a spinach tortilla. If you can't pick just one appetizer, try Isaac's Sampler, which features their Spring Rolls, Mini Wraps, Chicken Wings and Pot Stickers.

Dinner options are limited but you can surely find something filling as well as tastefully satisfying. The Rocky Mountain Rib-Eye is fantastic, the seasoning is splendid and it's served with delicious mashed red potatoes and a tomato-mozzarella salad. If you're in the mood for seafood, try the Seafood Strudel; it's delicious. It's a package of shrimp, scallops and crabmeat wrapped in Phyllo dough and served with an excellent garlic, shallot, white wine cream sauce.

For pasta, pick from just a few selections, including the Lobster Ravioli, served with a champagne lobster sauce. The Semi-Famous Original Pencil Points with Chicken is also fantabulous, served with broccoli and a lobster cream sauce. They also carry traditional Angel hair with Marinara sauce and/or Sirloin Meatballs.

They offer a kid's menu featuring favorites like hotdogs, burgers, macaroni and cheese as well as Grilled Cheese sandwiches, Chicken Fingers and Pizza. Each Kid's Meal is complete with an soft ice-cream for dessert.

Visiting Isaac Newton's is sure to be a success. The menu isn't the largest but it's varied enough for the entire family, and it's so tasty that every one will leave happy.
