Isn't It Amazing?

Responses to Life of Friends

J.E. Ward
Just the other day, I had friends who:

Had lost a loved one
Had a loved one in the hospital, doing better
Had a loved one or friend who was expected to die

Someone got married
Someone started a relationship
Someone ended a relationship
Still another ended a marriage

Someone cussed somebody out
Somebody affirmed someone else
Someone quoted scripture
Another gave out other wise words

A reporter shared the latest news
A musician shared his latest songs
The singers had an engagement
A fan shared her favorite lyrics
Another shared a poem

Someone had a baby
Another had a birthday
Another had an anniversary

A business owner advertised her offerings
A service provider shared their service

The cooks showed photos of their courses
The bakers shared pictures of their cakes
Another gave out recipes for their favorite drinks

One was on their way to work
Another was coming home from work
Still others were attending church
Or on a trip and having fun

Someone graduated
Another just started school
A mother expressed her joy one minute and her frustration the next
A teacher shared information
Someone else posted old high school photos

Someone was raising money
Another was giving money (but not to me!)

A new mother posted updated baby pictures
Others shared horoscopes, unlocked answers
Played games and sent videos streams

All in one Sunday morning.
