It Gets Easier with Time
I've never had to go through what you have.
I don't want to.
All I know to do is be here for you.
When you need to talk I can listen.
When you need a laugh, I got mad jokes.
When you need to cry I can comfort.
But I can't take the pain away.
All I can do is be there and pray.
I do know this.
You are stronger than you think.
The fact that you are still here is evidence.
You are a fighter.
The fact that you face the world is proof.
The pain will never die.
But it gets easier with time.
