It is never too late
To forgive and forget.
We all make mistakes,
On this you can bet.
To forgive and forget.
We all make mistakes,
On this you can bet.
It is never too late
to learn how to smile.
It can change someone's day
And you'll find it worthwhile.
It is never too late
To extend a helping hand.
Just listen to your heart,
As you obey His command.
It is never too late
To follow He Who gave all.
He forgave, loved, and helped
All creatures, great and small.

Post a CommentSome things are too late to change, and some aren't. For me its difficult to let go of those things I cannot change. My favorite poem/saying since I was a child was the Serenity Prayer. Moving on the "courage to change the things you can" part can be really hard sometimes.
Change requires two things, I believe: 1) The wish to change, and then 2) The will to work at it. Too often people think it is simply a matter of the wish then are disappointed. If one wants something to be different, one needs to do something differently.... So I think.
It is never too late to change, it's just a matter of willing to, except the will itself is impaired, but He can really help you with that, if you turn to Him!
That is very nice. You are right, it is never too late.
