It is Possible to Beat Obesity

There is No Reason Why People Cannot Beat Obesity

Wilmot Lang
Obesity is a physical condition where there is excess fat stored on the body. Determining the body fat is possible from the body mass index and anything above 20 percent of the normal body mass is a sign of obesity. The body, in fact, needs a certain amount of fat tissue to use as a natural energy reserve that it draws from whenever there is a need for energy. What actually takes place is the body stores the energy that it cannot burn and this process will create fat cells throughout the body. As the excess fat cells accumulate over time, they become very visible around the waist even if they would eventually spread and appear all over the body. A waist size of more than 40 inches in men and 35 inches in women is a sign of being overweight.Overweight

Overweight individuals are vulnerable to numerous life-threatening diseases that are preventable if individuals watch their weight. Some of the diseases are high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, gallbladder disease, high cholesterol, stroke, and more ailments that will make the health-level of the obese individuals less sound and susceptibldisease.Theisease.

The key cause of obesity is over-eating, which will result in the intake of excess calorie the body cannot burn, mostly due to what each individual is doing on a daily basis. When that is the case, the excess calorie will have nowhere else to go except to be stored by the body as starch, sugarcells.Otherells.

Other causes of obesity could be genetic or hereditary traits, which include social, behavioral, and physiological factors. The metabolic process of each individual is also unique in such a way that some individuals' metabolic process does not burn as much fat as others and when that is the case, such individuals will have to watch what type of food and what quantity they are eating to make up for the slack thacreated.Increated.

In addition to the above reasons, inactive or sedentary lifestyle could be a good cause of obesity. Eating unnecessarily foods that are rich in fat or sugar also could worsen the problem since such meals create high insulin in the blood. Genetic and eating disorders are also major contributors to obesity. Minor factors not to overlook because they could contribute to obesity are lack of sleep, stressful mentality, smoking, losing and gaining weight in frequent succession.

It is not possible to cure obesity medically even if it is possible to remove fat tissue from the body surgically, while at the same time it is possible to take appetite-depressant drugs so that the food crave could be controlled. Here, what had been researched scientifically is, more than anything else the cause of overeating has to do with the food crave that will be triggered because of the high level of insulin that will be created in the body due to consuming a high level of refined sugar through eating a big number of processed food.

According to researches done, when there is too much insulin in the blood, it blocks certain hormones that signal the brain that it is time to stop eating. The findings showed that this will result in the brain thinking that the body has short of energy and instructs the body to intake more food, which will result in the body consuming more than it needs. That will be excess calorie that it cannot burn due to the amount of the daily activity and the makeup of the body. Calorie burning is dependant upon the makeup and size of the body, where each individual body has the ability to burn a certain amount of calorie and this amount can be calculated and reached at. This is in addition to the fact that excess sugar consumed that is not burned by the body will be converted into fat tissue.

What could be surmised from all the research done on obesity is it is preventable from the beginning as there is no need why individuals should gain weight in the first place, because the best remedy for obesity is to follow a healthy regiment of diet from childhood into adulthood. Nevertheless, it had been proven that such simple pursuit could be disrupted because of not doing the right things or there could be external or internal factors that could influence or force individuals not to do the right things, and often it is possible that certain situations are out of the control of individuals who will succumb to the problem.

This demonstrates that there is an uncompromising problem somewhere since the number of obese people had been on the rise despite the effort made to contain it, and that number is rising as of this writing, which means it has become a real problem that requires paying attention to. That is why education is key because if many people are aware of the cause of obesity they would know what to do early on, and in case they falter at some point in their life it would still be possible to make the correction and by doing so it is possible to lives. The lives.

The good thing about it is even if there are factors that will expound the problem, individuals can prevent obesity from taking control of their body, and if that took place for some reason there are things to be done that are at the reach of each individual. And doing these things would mean raising the life expectancy of each individual while at the same time it will add to the quality of life and health of individuals.

To start with, watching one's diet is a key factor here, because obesity is a direct byproduct of what is eaten or a missing regiment of exercise that should have been implemented. In addition, unnecessary worrying that will deprive sleep and peace of mind, or a preventable, curable, or overlooked eating disorder and the like are the cause of why many people die who otherwise would have continued leading a productive and prosperous life, and these factors are worth looking at.

Nevertheless, there is enough evidence that it is easier said than done because if that were not the case there would have not been many people suffering from the problem. Yet, one good thing about obesity is, those who are suffering from it do not need any medical help and all they have to do is experiment with a big number of diet programs that are available online or offline, where most of them are free and of course, some might charge money. There is no need why anyone should come to the point of needing surgery when it is possible to exercise one's willpower in tackling this problem that is at teveryone'sefinger. To finger.

To bring this issue to a conclusion, people are advised to watch what they are eating and engage in any kind of exercise, starting from as simple an exercise as walking that will make the heart beat faster for at least 30 minutes, while at the same time it burns the calorie that would otherwise would convert itself into fat cells. That could further prevent the clogging of the artery and the rest of the heart muscle from fat tissue. Yet if there is something good it is possible to make a comeback from such a late state by simply following a healthy diet and exercising regularly. If there is a clogged artery due to the accumulating of fat tissue and blood has problem of circulating, things will start to get complicated and it will require to go through a bypass surgery in order to survive. Therefore, everyone has to watch what they eat and do a lot of exercise to prevent health ailments kept in the records that always come into existence for not doing the right things.

  • There are effective dieting methods being developed on an ongoing basis that are worth looking at.
  • The second thing to introduce into one's life style is regualr exercise that shouldn't be difficult
  • Finding out about the body metabolism process helps, because certain body-types do not burn fat
The most difficult task in controlling weight is to stay away from sugar as it is used in almost all processed food. What it does is it raises the insulin level in the blood , while at the same time it would convert itself into fat cells if it is not used.
