Italian Beef Soup

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

2 cans beef broth

16 ounce package frozen pasta

Broccoli

Corn

Carrots

1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)

1 ½ cups tomato juice

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning crushed

¼ cup grated Parmason cheese Cooking Instructions:

  1. In Dutch oven, add ground beef and cook until brown
  2. Drain ground beef well
  3. Add remainder of ingredients to ground beef in Dutch oven
  4. Bring contents to boil
  5. Reduce heat to a simmer and uncover
  6. Cook until pasta and vegetables are tender
  7. Sprinkle with cheese
