Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 cans beef broth
16 ounce package frozen pasta
Broccoli
Corn
Carrots
1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 ½ cups tomato juice
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning crushed
¼ cup grated Parmason cheese Cooking Instructions:
- In Dutch oven, add ground beef and cook until brown
- Drain ground beef well
- Add remainder of ingredients to ground beef in Dutch oven
- Bring contents to boil
- Reduce heat to a simmer and uncover
- Cook until pasta and vegetables are tender
- Sprinkle with cheese
