Sometimes there is nothing more comforting than a great big plate of pasta added with your favorite rich tomato sauce and meat. Also, it can be a fun and entertaining time taking your family or friends that you care about the most out for some pizza on a Friday or Saturday night. Italian food has been a part of the way we live for years, and it just continues to get better with the creation of both new and classic dishes.

Champaign, Illinois is home to some tempting Italian restaurants with appetizing dishes just waiting to be served to you. It is also home to the "Fighting Illini" basketball team where orange rules during basketball season. If you happen to be in town after a big basketball team, or are just driving through on a visit, there are plenty of Italian favorites for you to dine on as you relax for dinner for awhile.

Za's Italian Café believes that they have prices that will fit your budget at their restaurant. Some of the reasons that they give customers to dine in at their café are "choices," a children's menu, four unique different brewed teas and flavorful fruit smoothies. All of their food is homemade and fresh-and also-not to mention-healthy. More than 12 different homemade sauces await your order at the café. Pasta selections at Za's include creamy spirals and cheese, Scampi Diavolo, and cowboy spaghetti. For something simple like Panini's, customers can try their favorite sandwich flavors such as Philly steak, Mario's meatball and Chicken Carbonara. A variety of pizza selections await your sampling as well. Za's enforces healthy eating and will customize your meals to meat personal requirements too. Za's is located in two different spots in Champaign. One café can be found at 1905 North Neil Street, and the other is housed at 2006 West Springfield.

    We head out to Champaign once a year we will surely try one of these next time we go there.
