Italian Stroganoff

Cassie Mae
Years ago my sister-in-law went to Italy for a few weeks while her husband was there on business. We all enjoy this recipe she brought back from an Italian woman.

Italian Stroganoff

1 lb. spaghetti noodles
1 chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 pound hamburger
1 sour cream
salt
pepper
Fresh garlic
Lawrys Seasoned Salt (I added)
dash garlic oil (If you have, not necessary as I added.)
dash crushed red pepper (I added.)

Boil spaghetti noodles per directions. Drain. Set aside. On medium heat, melt butter on stove with chopped onion. Saute three minutes. Add mushrooms, garlic, and spices and saute for five minutes. On low heat add mushroom soup. Blend well. Remove from heat and add sour cream. On low heat warm.

Grab your favorite glass of wine and let your mind and tastebuds escape to Italy!
