It's "Anonymous" on the Amazing Race: Nobody Likes Carol and Brandy

Last night's episode of The Amazing Race was a showcase of mistakes as teams made their way to Seychelles. Teams then blundered through tortoises, oxen, coconuts and treasure maps.

This week on The Amazing Race, lovable Cowboys dodged a bullet with a non-elimination leg while it was "anonymous" that nobody likes Carol and Brandy.

The first roadblocks of this leg seemed to be a bit of a crap shoot, as only three teams (including Brent and Caitie) were able to make it onto that first flight, giving them a leg up. Though to be fair, People's Victor Jih points out that the detectives and the cowboys lost additional time because they chose to get food instead of checking to see if they could find seats in the front of the plane.

None of the teams were able to pronounce Seychelles, a sad commentary on our American education system. Caitie pointed out how now we know who the bad kids in school were. Brent, of course, jokingly protested that he wasn't bad in school.

Mother Nature apparently has a sense of humor because during the helicopter rides, Dan and Jordan observed, "we've got a rainbow following us!"

Team were given a choice of Turtle Tottle vs. Ox Trot. In turtle tottle, teams had to use bananas to lead century-old tortoises. In ox trot, teams had to load and transport coconuts (which turned out not to be as easy as it looked).

Teams laughed as Brent and Caitie failed to load all the coconuts. Yet karma seemed to bite the other teams as the Cowboys and Carol and Brandy had also lost coconuts.

Teams then had to go underwater, find a bottle with a treasure map, and piece together clues to the next pit stop.

Steve and Allie, Team Wholesome, were first to arrive. Phil Keoghan presented them with an assortment of feel-good prizes from 7Up including fancy dining, massages, $7,000 each, and a lifetime supply of 7Up.

The rainbow must have brought good fortune to Dan and Jordan as they finished a well-earned second place.

Bretn and Caitie worked with the Detectives on the treasure map. They arrived together in third and fourth place. As it turns out, neither team likes Carol and Brandy. Caitie complained of how Carol and Brandy had unfairly judged her for being a pageant girl. Both the models and the detectives loved the positive attitude of the Cowboys and felt that Carol and Brandy were too negative.

Dopey line of the week goes to Brent who said that it was "anonymous" (not "unanimous") that everyone wanted Carol and Brandy to go.

Unfortunately, the lovable Cowboys made crucial errors, first by dropping the coconut, and later not opening the bottle. Luckily, they were saved by a non-elimination round. Will the detectives and models get their wish? Will Carol and Brandy finally succumb next on The Amazing Race? Will the cowboys be able to survive next week's roadblock?

The Amazing Race airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
