It's Good to Be Single

People, especially women often ask themselves why so many men prefer to be single. Well, sometimes having a loved one at our side is quite cool. You are never alone, and you have someone that cares for you and shares all the aspects of your life. But not everything is so sweet.

There are times in which you fight or are simply annoyed and suffocated by your partner, especially if she is a drama queen. Jealousy scenes and having to visit your mother in law are some common problems that make us run away from a relationship and back to the comfort of being single. There are several advantages of being single, and I'll share some of my favorites.

No more fights for the remote controller. When you are single you have absolute control over the T.V. Besides, you can finally spend your entire sunder the way you want to spend it; waking up in the afternoon, no more housework, religious compromises, or annoying visitors.

You can transform your home into a party-house without having anyone whining about the one foot deep layer of beer cans and pizza boxes in the floor, or the bras hanging from the ceiling fans. Party time all day long!

I also love that you can spend all your money the way you want. No more complaining when you spend thousands of dollars in the entire collection of DVD series, movies and video games. And let's not forget that fancy digital camera that you always wanted even though you have no idea how to use or your new big ass plasma screen; yes, life is good.

Enjoy what you just bought with your new found freedom! You can spend an entire weekend with your friends drinking beer, and watching sports on your new TV set. And when you're alone you can become Homer Simpson and nobody would give a damn.

Those days in which you were punished by looking other women are over, because you can be once again the Casanova all ladies loved. Going out with Cindy in the afternoon and Jenny at night won't result in a drama scene anymore, so enjoy this time as much as you can.

Let your inside rockstar out. Most of us wanted to be rockstars someday, so get a guitar, a band, and make all the noise you want. Your neighbors might complain, but they don't live with you anyway.
