Its Ok to Dress Sexy on Halloween!

So its that time again! That time of year where children go door to door asking for candy, parents attempt to dress up just to appease the children, and young teenage and 20 something women everywhere put on sexy and salacious costumes to go out and party with friends.

Now some of you may roll your eyes when it comes to the one holiday a year that young women like to dress really sexy, and have no qualms showing off lots of skin. I just want to ask what's the problem with that? I know a lot of guys like it, but its mostly the moral authority aka the super conservatives that tend to pass judgment. I for one, am all for dressing up as crazy and wild as you want on this holiday. It makes for great entertainment, and as long as you stay safe, you can have tons of fun.

As a rule its always a good idea to wear a costume that at least can pass for clothing and not lingerie, and if you've got enough covered you're good to go! What's the harm in dressing up in a sexy nurse's outfit, or a naughty cop? None! Halloween is a great holiday to express yourself, and go out to have fun with friends.

I personally find this holiday so enjoyable because, like everyone else, it allows me to become someone or something else. The new identity allows for more adventure and a different attitude than regular ole me, which can be very exciting. The thrill of being in costume can hide your true identity, and let you express all that you were afraid to express before. Maybe you were timid before and not so flirty, well once you get in costume you can totally change your personality now that you're protected by your anonymity!

However, while you're enjoying your night out with friends, make sure you have someone that will watch out for you when it comes to the type of people around you, and make sure you never leave your drink. If you have to go to the bathroom, its always easy to take it with you, and ask a friend to watch your stuff.

Guys costumes don't venture very far into the sexy category, but everyone can have fun being someone they're not. Its an exciting time of year with the crisp winds in the air and turning of the seasons. So go out and have fun, and don't worry about people that always roll their eyes when they see a scantily clad 20 something off to a Halloween party. The night is young, and so are we!

I agree with you...it's totally okay to dress sexy for Halloween-- or any other occasion for that matter-- but it's kind of sad when girls [especially the younger ones] feel like that's their only option. Whatever happened to being creative on Halloween?!
