THAN IT CAN HANDLE
TOO MANY EMOTIONS BOUNCING BACK
AND FORTH TRYING TO BE NOTICED
WE BURY A LOT
WE HIDE A LOT
WE DENY OURSELVES THE TRUTH
A LOT OF THE TIME THESE EMOTIONS
ARE OUR WAY OF DEALING WITH THE
CHAOS IN OUR LIVES
HOWEVER, IF WE DON'T FACE WHAT WE
ARE TRULY FEELING THEN WE ARE NOT DEALING
WITH ANYTHING AT ALL
IT IS OK TO LOVE AND TO HATE
IT IS OK TO BE CONFUSED AND JEALOUS
SOMETIMES WE ARE SAD AND ANGRY
AND LOST, SOMETIMES ALL AT ONCE
BUT LET IT OUT, THEY WON'T GO AWAY ON THEIR OWN
THEY WILL JUST BE BURIED DEEPER AND DEEPER
UNTIL THERE IS NO ROOM LEFT FOR ANY
FEELINGS AT ALL
YOU WILL BECOME COLD AND NUMB
WHAT A HORRIBLE THING TO BE
JUST LET YOURSELF BE HUMAN
IT'S OK
