IT'S OKAY by ME IF IT'S OKAY by YOU

Amy and I were bad this week. We both try to lose weight or watch what we eat. At least last week.
My husband always laughs at us because it seems he usually catches us literally with our hand in the cookie jar.
We love to bake, and of course, they are never "diet" cookies or cupcakes.
Now you can even buy microwave cakes. That used to be an excuse. I don't have time to bake or clean up the mess. Now you just stick it in the microwave, then eat the cake and burn the pan. Amy and I made a pact. We decided we would buy fruit and start drinking more water or milk. No more pop or cookies and cakes.
All week we ate bananas and oranges or apples. We drank water instead of pop.
That is until we stopped at the store to pick up a few things we needed and they already had Easter candy displayed. We picked up a box of chocolate marshmallow eggs and of course, a box of little pink "peeps". We looked at each other and started to giggle. At the same time we said to each other, "it's okay by me, if it's okay by you."
